As opposed to an out of the box or one-size-fits-all technology solution, The Trial Interactive Implementation team hosts requirement gathering workshops to ensure the team provides customized solutions for specific business problems. Separate workshops are hosted for each solution, such as CTMS, eTMF, Site Solutions and more, covering things like best practices, customization, and configuration manuals.

Ensure instance needs and requirements are met - our implementation managers configure new instances to the exact specifications defined in your configuration manual during requirement gathering workshops.
